**Childcare must be requested no less than 6 weeks prior to the event
The ministry point of contact is the person responsible for:
-Communicating with our campus specific childcare coordinator
-Working with the campus specific childcare coordinator to handle any issues/problems that may arise
-Will assist in childcare if no-one is available to work or calls out
This number is vital for staffing childcare.
If there is a change within the event and childcare is no longer needed, the Campus Childcare Coordinator will need to be notified within 48 hours of cancellation. If not notified and Childcare workers arrive, your ministry will be charged for the hours they were scheduled to work.
